Our Guarantee on Online Purchases
If you receive a damaged or defective product from our online store, please contact us within 30 days of purchase to receive a 100% refund or free replacement. For all other returns of products from our online store: you may return any unopened product, with a detailed explanation in writing with the reason for the return, within 30 days of purchase.*
*Due to the deep discount given on products in the Home Program Packages, individual products included in the Home Program Package cannot be accepted for refund, only for exchange. The entire Home Program Package can be returned for full refund (minus shipping and handling) only if it is unopened. Once it has been opened, it is non-refundable.
Your refund (minus shipping and handling charges) will be processed only if the product is returned within 30 days of purchase. We cannot accept any returns after 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned products. Shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded.
Returned products must be unopened and in their original packaging as delivered. Return packages must be clearly marked with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) code, provided by our return department. The returned product will be shipped back at the customer's expense, and must be insured properly by the customer. If items are not insured properly, and become damaged or lost when returned, a refund will not be provided.
Please contact our returns department by email or phone to receive an RMA code. You must include this RMA code on the outside of all returned packages.
No returns will be accepted without an RMA code.
