“Lucky Clover” Kale Chips

Preparation
1. 1. preheat oven to 300 degrees. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
3. 2. Wash kale and dry completely. Remove leaves from stems and roughly tear into large pieces.
5. 3. Lay kale in a single layer on a baking sheet and spray with cooking spray. Make sure not to overcrowd. Sprinkle with garlic.
7. 4. Bake for 10 minutes, rotate pan and bake for another 12-15 minutes until kale begins to firm up (it will appear shrunken; this is normal).
9. 5. Repeat as needed until all is cooked. Enjoy immediately as they lose their crispiness with time.
