Peep Eggs
Peep Eggs contains: 2 protein servings
Preparation
1. 1. Peel eggs carefully.
3. 2. Cut small slice off bottom off eggs so they can stand upright. Set this slice aside.
5. 3. Cut zig zag pattern around middle of egg to look like it cracked open.
7. 4. Remove yolk and combine with cottage cheese.
9. 5. Blend well, and season with Morton Lite Salt to taste.
11. 6. Transfer mixture to zippered bag and clip corner for piping.
13. 7. Pipe mixture into the bottom half of the cooked egg whites, piping until over-full to resemble a chick head sticking out.
15. 8. Using the reserved egg white pieces from the bottom, use a small amount of food coloring to create eyes and beaks. Use these to create the faces.
17. 9. Top each with its top half.
