Avocado and Egg Delight
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
2. Hollow out each avocado side with a spoon until the hole is twice its original size.
3. Place each avocado half onto a baking dish a hollowed side up.
4. Crack an egg into each hollow. Sprinkle shredded chicken on each half. Top each with cheese, salt and pepper.
5. Bake avocados until eggs are completely cooked.
6. Serve immediately.
