Cauliflower Hash Browns
Cauliflower Hash Browns are the perfect accompaniment to a keto breakfast.
Preparation
1. Rinse, trim and grate the cauliflower using a food processor or grater.
2. Mix cauliflower and the rest of the ingredients, except ghee into a large bowl and let rest for 5-10 minutes.
3. Heat a large skillet with ghee over medium heat.
4. Scoop 3-4 inch circles into the skillet.
5. Fry for 4-5 minutes on each side.
