Preparation

2. In a bowl, mix egg, cottage cheese, and psyllium until combined.

3. Pour batter into the skillet.

4. Cook until bubbles form on the top of the pancake and then flip.

5. Continue to cook the rest of the batter, adding in more ghee as needed.
