1. Crush Melba toast into fine crumbs, season with salt, pepper, garlic, and rosemary.

2. Dry fish fillet with a paper towel and brush with lemon juice.

3. Roll in seasoned breadcrumbs.

4. Broil until browned or until fish flakes with a fork.
* 8 oz Orange Roughy (or other allowed fish)
* 2 Slices Melba toast
* Juice of 1/2 fresh lemon
* Morton Lite Salt & Pepper
* Garlic powder
* Crushed rosemary
