 2 avocados, halved lengthwise and pitted
 4 large eggs
 1 chicken breast, cooked and shredded
 ¼ cup Cheddar cheese
 Sea salt
 Freshly ground black pepper

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

Hollow out each avocado side with a spoon until the hole is twice its original size.

Place each avocado half onto a baking dish with hollowed side up.

Crack an egg into each hollow. Sprinkle shredded chicken on each half. Top each with cheese, salt and pepper.

Bake avocados until eggs are completely cooked.
