 1 Tomato
 1/4 Green Pepper Flakes
 1 tsp Caraway Seeds
 1/2 of a Small Bay Leaf
 Morton Lite Salt to Taste

Combine all ingredients and simmer, covered for 15 minutes. Remove the bay leaf, cook for 10 more minutes.
