 2 cups Cauliflower​
 3 Large Eggs​
 4 tbsp Scallions, Chopped ​
 ¼ cup Ghee​
 1 Pinch Sea Salt​
 1 Pinch Black Pepper​
Directions:

Rinse, trim and grate cauliflower using a food processor or grater.

Mix cauliflower and the rest of the ingredients, except ghee into a large bowl and let rest for 5-10 minutes.

Heat a large skillet with ghee over medium heat.

Scoop 3-4 inch circles into the skillet.

Fry for 4-5 minutes on each side.
