 2 cups Cauliflower​
 3 Large Eggs​
 4 tbsp Scallions, Chopped ​
 ¼ cup Ghee​
 1 Pinch Sea Salt​
 1 Pinch Black Pepper​

Rinse, trim and grate cauliflower using a food processor or grater.
