Ingredients for 1 Portion:
 Chicken 6-8 oz (see nutritional book for portion)
 5 Raw Green Onion (cut into 1 inch pieces)
 3/4 cup Fresh Pineapple Chunks
 1/2 tsp. Curry Powder (more or less to taste)
 1 dash Garlic Powder and Pepper
 1/4 cup Water

Directions:

Saute chicken and onion in a non-stick pan lightly coated with cooking spray until tender and lightly browned. Add pineapple, seasonings and water. Cover and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.
