Coconut Pancakes

 3 Large Eggs​
 2 tbsp Coconut Flour​
 6 tbsp Full Fat Unsweetened Coconut Milk​
 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
 ½ tsp Baking Powder

Mix all ingredients except oil in a bowl until smooth.


Preheat non-stick skillet over medium heat with coconut oil and ladle three equal circles.


Flip when pancake starts to bubble on top. ​
