Rub the fish with chili powder or cumin and lite salt (we like the Mrs. Dash Chipotle Seasoning).
Then cook by either baking it or sautee’ in a pan using the oil free method.
Break apart the fish when it’s done.
Chop the veggies into small pieces.
Warm up the tortilla slightly, then assemble it.
