 8 oz Chicken breast cut in pieces
 1 Q Cream of Chicken soup mix
 1 Q Homestyle Pancakes mix
 ParsleyFresh or Dried
 Lite Salt & Pepper
Start off making the dumplings:

Add 1 tbsp water to the pancake mix powder, if you need a little more water, add it. You need a very thick doughy consistency.

Form into large or small pieces with wet hands (dumplings do not have to be perfectly shaped) and drop into boiling water.

Cook until they rise to the top, approx 2-4 minutes.

Remove and set aside.

Next boil your chicken in water, you want a soft texture so do not let it burn.

When chicken is done, add the soup mix with 6 oz of water and cook, add your parsley and seasoning.

Cook on low for 10 minutes so flavors can come together.
