Spooky Stuffed Bell Peppers contain: 1/2 protein, 1./2 starch, 2 vegetables, 1 supplement

Ingredients: (1 Protein, 3 Vegetables)
 5 ½ oz Fresh Ground Turkey
 1 tbsp Onion Flakes
 1/2 Tsp of Morton Lite Salt
 1 cup Mushrooms (packaged or freshly sliced)
 1 Small Green or Red Pepper cut in half (seeds cleaned out)
 1 45 Calorie Bread Slice
 Dash of Garlic Powder

Directions:

Clean and wash pepper and cut out jack o’ lantern face.

Brown ground meat in a skillet with salt. Add garlic powder to taste. Drain meat.

In a small bowl empty supplement packet and add water to form paste consistency. Add onion flakes.

In a medium bowl combine meat, 1/2 of sauce, and mushrooms. Mix until coated.

Place other 1/2 of sauce in small shallow baking dish, Add enough water to make a soup consistency.

Place Green or Red Pepper in a dish and fill each equally with meat sauce mixture.

Cover with foil and bake for 30 mins at 425 degrees.

At 30 mins, remove foil. Split bread slice in half and tear into small pieces.

Place each half on one of the peppers. Bake with foil off additional 5 mins to brown bread.

Plate on pepper and place second din covered container for another meal or to share with a friend.

Pour 1/2 juice on each pepper.
