1 Protein, 2 Vegetables, 1 Starch
7 oz Crab
1 cup Mushroom Caps
1 Large stalk celery (minced)
½ Large diet bread stick (crumbled)
Onion or Garlic Powder
1 tsp Skim milk
Morton Lite Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients except mushrooms.
Stuff mushrooms and bake at
350 degrees for 30 minutes until golden brown.
