 1/2 Cup Diced Mushrooms (raw)
 1 Large Stalk of Celery (minced)
 1 Slice Diet Bread (crumbed, 40 cal.)
 2 tbsp Onion Flakes (soaked)
 2 tbsp Green Pepper Flakes (soaked)
 Morton Lite Salt
 Pepper to Taste

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix well.

Spray skillet with cooking spray, saute mixture for 10 minutes or until well heated.

Add some water if necessary to prevent sticking.
