 1 cup Yellow Summer Squash
 5 Medium Green Onions (chopped)
 Dash of Garlic Powder
 1 cup Water

Directions:

Wash and cut off ends of squash, slice about 1/8" thick.

Spray a nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat it up.

Add squash, chopped onion and 1/4 cup water.

Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes until tender.
