I had tried losing weight on my own, but I am a diabetic and losing weight has been very difficult for me. I felt discouraged and frustrated because I felt like I was eating a balanced diet and exercising and still the scale was not moving.I was surprised that on the Quick Weight Loss program I wasn’t hungry, and sometimes felt like it was too much food! I loved how the supplements filled in the gaps, especially the starches. Now that I have reached my goal, I feel more comfortable in my clothes and I am not as self-conscious. In addition, my blood sugars have now come down to a normal level which they have not been in years
