1 protein, 1 starch, 1 Q-Snack

Ingredients:
 6 oz. 1% Cottage Cheese
 2 Slices Melba Toast
 Artificial sweetener to taste
Directions:

Spray single serving pie tin with cooking spray.

Crush melba toast and line the pie tin for form the crust.

Blend remaining ingredients together until smooth.

Pour into pie tin and refrigerate overnight.

1 Q-Snack, 1 starch, 1 Fruit

Ingredients:
 12 Small Strawberries
 1 rice cake
Directions:

Prepare Q-Snack as directed for a pudding.

Crumble rice cake and mix into pudding.

Slice and mix in fresh strawberries. Chill for 2 hours.

Ingredients:
 12 Small Strawberries

Mix Q-Snack as directed for a pudding.

Dip strawberries in Q-Snack and place on wax paper.
