Preparation
1. Beat egg, pour into a skillet sprayed with Pam.
2. Cook as you would an omelet.
3. Make a mixture of cottage cheese, onions, and green pepper.
4. When the omelet has set, put the mixture on half of the omelet.
5. Fold the other half over and serve at once.
