1. Cube pineapple and chicken into equally sized chunks.

2. Marinate chicken cubes and mushrooms in QWLC dressing for several hours.

3. Arrange chicken, vegetables, and pineapple on a skewer.

4. Broil or grill until brown, turning several times.
