Preparation
1. Wash and cut off ends of the squash then slice about 1/8" thick.

2. Spray a nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat it up.

3. Add squash, chopped onion and 1/4 cup water.

4. Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes until tender.
