Preparation
1. Combine all ingredients, including 1 apple, peeled and cored into eighths.
2. Mix well and pour into Pam sprayed 2 cup size baking dish.
3. Add 1 slice diet bread cut into small cubes.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand 30 minutes.
