These Q-Snacks are a rich source of vegetable protein, offering 10 to 20 grams per serving, and present a variety of forms to keep your palate interested, including soups, puddings, drinks, candy bars, and other snack options. They are designed to complement your meal plan, providing additional nutritional value and satiety.

You can enjoy these Q-Snacks in multiple ways: as a mid-meal treat to keep your energy levels stable, as part of your main meals for added protein, or even get creative in the kitchen by incorporating them into your cooking (with recipes accessible online). It’s important to consume all snacks before 9:00 PM to align with the program’s guidelines.

There’s flexibility in how you can mix and match these snacks, with the only restriction being not to consume two bars in a single day.
