Baked or Broiled Red Snapper
1. Sprinkle fish with seasonings.

2. Wrap in foil and bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

3. For variation, include 1 cup sliced or chopped raw vegetable from the list in foil with fish.

4. To broil: Season and broil 10 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
* 5-8 oz Red Snapper (see the nutritional book for portion)
* 1 cup Raw Vegetables (Sliced or Chopped)
* Paprika to taste
* Onion Powder to taste
* Pepper to taste
