Barbecued Chicken

Preparation
1. Broil chicken for 2-3 minutes under hot broiler.
2. Combine seasonings and brush onto the chicken
3. Put chicken back under the broiler for 1-2 minutes
4. Remove and baste with drippings, return to broiler for 2-3 minutes longer or until done.
5. Baste before serving.

* 1 tbsp Tabasco Sauce
* Morton Lite Salt to taste
