Preparation
1. Heat vinegar, water, salt and tarragon until almost at boiling point.

2. Remove from heat, add Sweet'n Low, stir well.

3. Mix vegetables then pour vinegar mixture over them and toss gently.

4. Mix several times, chill for a few hours.

* 1 cup Shredded Raw Cabbage
* 1 Large Stalk Celery (Finely Cut)
* 5 Green Onions (Diced)
* 3/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
* 1/4 cup Cold Water
* 1/2 tsp Tarragon (Crushed)
* 2 Sweet' n Low Packets
* 1/2 tsp Morton Lite Salt
