Chicken Curry

Chicken Curry
1. Saute chicken and onion in a non-stick pan lightly coated with cooking spray until tender and lightly browned.

2. Add pineapple, seasonings and water.

3. Cover and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.
* Chicken 6-8 oz (see the nutritional book for portion)
* 5 Raw Green Onion (cut into 1-inch pieces)
* 3/4 cup Fresh Pineapple Chunks
* 1/2 tsp. Curry Powder (more or less to taste)
* 1 dash Garlic Powder and Pepper
* 1/4 cup Water
