Chinese Chicken
1. Stir fry all ingredients in a non-stick pan lightly coated with cooking spray until chicken is tender.
* 6-8 oz Chicken (see nutritional book for portion-skinned, boned and cut into thin strips)
* 1 cup Fresh Bean Sprouts
* Dash of Morton Lite Salt
* 1/8 tsp Onion Powder
