Before I came to Quick Weight Loss Centers, I had tried to lose weight on my own with diet and exercise. I was frustrated because I couldn’t fit into my clothes. I told my husband I was starting with Quick Weight Loss because I wanted to do something for myself. I was surprised that even if I had an off day, it was easy to get back on track!
