Baked Fish with Mushrooms
Preparation
1. Cook mushrooms and onions until tender. Place fish in baking dish, sprinkle with Morton Lite Salt.
2. Combine mushrooms, onion and tarragon.
3. Spread on top of fish, sprinkle with paprika.
4. Bake in 350-degree oven 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
