Vanilla Pancakes

1 Protein, 1 Supplement
Ingredients
* 2 Eggs
* 1 Pkg. Vanilla Supplement
* 1 tsp Baking Powder
* 1 Pkg. Artificial Sweetener
* ⅛ tsp Ground Nutmeg
* ¾ cup Water
Preparation
1. Combine first 5 ingredients and stir well.
2. Add water.
3. Warm a frying pan coated with cooking spray over medium heat.
4. Spoon 1/4 of the batter at a time on to the heated pan, cook until browned then flip to cook the other side.
5. If a thinner batter is desired, add more water, 1 Tbsp. at a time. Makes 4 pancakes.
