Ingredients
* 5 - 7 oz Cooked Turkey Breast (cubed)
* 1/2 Cup Diced Mushrooms (raw)
* 1 Large Stalk of Celery (minced)
* 1 Slice Diet Bread (crumbed, 40 cal.)
* 2 tbsp Onion Flakes (soaked)
* 2 tbsp Green Pepper Flakes (soaked)
* Morton Lite Salt
* Pepper to Taste
Preparation
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
2. Spray skillet with cooking spray, saute the mixture for 10 minutes, or until well heated.
3. Add some water if necessary to prevent sticking.
